Who is responsible

INVISENT operates this website and decides how the personal data described here is used. Questions about any of it can be sent to hello@invisent.com.

What we collect

We collect two things, and only two. The first is what you type into the enquiry form. The second is measurement data about how the site is used — and only if you allow it.

• Enquiry details. Name, work email, company, optional website, project type, budget range, optional timeline and your project description.
• Technical context sent with an enquiry. The page you submitted from, the referring page, campaign parameters from the link you arrived on, your language and the time of submission. This tells us where a genuine enquiry came from.
• Measurement data, if you accept analytics or marketing cookies. This is handled by the providers named in the cookie policy, under their own terms.
• A consent record. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again and so the site can honour it on every page.

What we do not collect

We do not sell data. We do not build advertising profiles from enquiries. Names, email addresses and phone numbers are never pushed into browser-side analytics or advertising tags — that boundary is enforced in the code, not just in policy.

Why we are allowed to use it

• Enquiries are processed so that we can reply to you, which is the reason you submitted them, and because we have a legitimate interest in running the business you contacted.
• Analytics and marketing cookies are processed only on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Necessary cookies are processed because the site cannot function without them.

How long it is kept

• Enquiries that do not lead to a project: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Enquiries that become a project: kept for the duration of the engagement and the period we are required to retain business records.
• Consent records: kept for up to 12 months in your browser, or until you clear them.

Who else sees it

Only the people working on your enquiry, and the service providers that operate our email, hosting and — if you allowed them — the measurement tools listed in the cookie policy. Each of those providers acts on our instructions. We do not pass enquiry details to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or ask for a copy. Write to us and we will act on it. If you are in the EU or the UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority; if you are in Türkiye, to the Personal Data Protection Authority.

Changes

When this page changes materially, the date below changes with it. Nothing is applied retroactively to data already collected under a previous version.
