Identity built as a working system — tokens, type, motion and language — not a logo with a PDF attached.
Part of — 01 Define
A brand system is the set of rules and assets that let a company look like itself in every place it appears, without the studio being in the room. It covers the mark, the typography, the colour model, the photographic and graphic direction, the motion behaviour, and the way the company writes.
The mechanism
A brand is the set of decisions every later decision reads from: an architecture for what carries the name, a language of values and tokens, and components that apply them without a designer in the room.

Colour, type, spacing, radius and motion ship as design tokens. The same values drive the design files and the production build.
Accessible colour pairs are chosen during identity work, not patched in afterwards when an audit fails.
Everything the brand currently touches, ranked by how often people actually see it.
Two or three genuinely different directions, each argued rather than presented.
The chosen direction becomes tokens, components and rules that can be applied without us.
Applied to the live surfaces first, with a written order for everything else.
Usually, yes — and it is often the right call. Many identities are sound but were never systematised for screens. In that case we keep the mark and build the missing system around it.
We deliver a living system: tokens in code, components, and documentation that sits next to them. A PDF can be produced from it, but it is not the primary artefact, because a PDF cannot be enforced.
Typefaces are selected with Latin-extended coverage so that ı, İ, ş, ğ, ç, ö and ü render from the same file as English. Line lengths, button widths and headline breaks are tested with real Turkish copy, which is longer than its English equivalent.
