What is on this site
The content here describes what the studio does and how it works. Every entry in the work index states whether it is an internal system, a self-initiated concept study or a client engagement. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of a commercial result.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either side to proceed. Please do not send confidential information through the form; if a project needs it, we will agree a confidentiality arrangement first.
Intellectual property
The design, text, code and graphics on this site belong to INVISENT unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to quote and link with attribution. Reproducing substantial parts, or republishing the design system, requires permission.
Availability
We keep this site available and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content without notice.

Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the studio is registered. Disputes relating to this website are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
